Brian Clements is a 28-year veteran police officer and former SWAT Team leader with the Illinois State Police (retired). Brian has extensive knowledge in SWAT as he served as an Operator, Tactical Breacher, and Breaching Squad Leader before becoming the Team Leader. During Brian’s 18 years in SWAT, he participated in over one thousand high-risk tactical operations, including hostage/barricaded situations, high-risk search and arrest warrants, high-risk manhunts, high-risk prisoner transports, and dignitary protection details including both President George W. Bush and George H. W. Bush, President William Clinton, Vice President Dick Chaney, and President Barrack Obama, as well as several other high-level foreign dignitaries. Brian earned several unit citations, commendations, and the Department Medal for Valor during his distinguished career with the State Police. Prior to joining the State Police, Brian served his country in the United States Air Force where he worked in the intelligence community as a Cryptologic Russian Linguist and is fluent in Russian to this day. Brian is the Chief Law Enforcement Consultant for the Hero911 Network and is tasked with building the Network of police officers across the nation to combat our country’s #1 act of domestic terrorism: the active killer.
