Silent Panic Alert Technology (SPAT) Grant Program
The Texas Education Agency has approved $17 million of funding for the Silent Panic Alert Technology Grant program. This will provide funds for schools to purchase “silent panic alert technologies for campuses as a measure of school safety.”
Your ISD must apply by January 31, 2023 to receive the grant funds and purchase SchoolGuard® for schools in order to help safeguard your community.
